Is there a way of changing the color from the present blue screen?

 

Don't have the owners manual with me, but I think if you push on the menu button, then click on "display".. there are several options there for changing the settings.... hope this helps.

You can only change the contrast and brightness in this menu.I had the same problem and found that changing contrast helped a lot. I also found that when following a route the upcoming turn and lane indications had similar colors and were hard to see. I could not find a way to change those colors.
