2014 ES 350 Vs 2013 GS 350 Decision!!

1 Attachment(s)
Finally Made the Decision yesterday;
It was tough, I went back and forth sitting between the two cars on the show room,
The Lux 18 way seats were the deal maker!
Still liked the lines of the ES a little more than the GS but the interior on the GS Rocks.
By the way pricing before TTL:
2014 Es350 Nav/ $44500 MSRP...$40,756 +TTL
2013 GS350 LUX $57,000 MSRP..$42,250 +TTL

Thanks for all the help ,, Great Comments !!

Congrats! Nice deal on the 13 GS

udaykiran Jan 7, 2014 06:50 PM

excellent deal on GS almost 15k less than MSRP.

Nice car and nice deal, but for some reason, not a flattering picture. She's prettier than that. Maybe it's the angle.

That's a great choice and even a better price. Almost $15k off, or 25% off MSRP. Enjoy :)

Was that price for a new 2013 GS350? Thats $3k lower than I could negotiate off an f-sport demo with 6k miles.

Joeb427 Jan 8, 2014 06:01 PM

Guys, he bought GS with 8500 miles on it. Used or a demo.

Arty101 Jan 8, 2014 06:16 PM

I wasn't aware this was a used or CPO demo. Nonetheless, 25% drop for a GS is quite a bit.

When you look at the price of a CPO GS that is less than a year old and that only has 8500 miles on it, that really says something about how much and how quickly new vehicles lose their value. And you know that, if that 2013 GS was a trade in, the guy who traded it in didn't get anywhere near the $42,250 that the dealer sold it for as a CPO vehicle.

The OP should know if it was a used or demo/loaner car. By law, dealers have to report the intended use of the car. Great deal for the OP, I am hoping it is an used car (trade-in or executive car). We all know hard people drive loaner or demo car.

You made a great choice!

Congrats! Can't wait to get into another lexus, GS or ES. Im not sure yet either.

khanhfat Jan 16, 2014 06:05 PM

I kinda want the GS now... I should have trade in :(

corradoMR2 Jan 18, 2014 06:12 AM

ES is a great car, but GS is in another league in terms of build quality, performance, and panache, and for $2K more? I would have done the same. WOW congrats!
