Before replacing your blades, you might try soaking a cloth in rubbing alcohol and cleaning them well. Many times, this makes them work like new.
I replaced my Accord blades with whatever they sold at the auto parts store. I did keep the original blades in the garage so last time I replaced them with the OEM inserts. Big difference.

I plan on placing an order for some Lexus parts soon and will include a spare set of OEM inserts when I do.

I only have 300 miles on it

I've always had better luck with just buying the blade refills from Sewell. Anytime I've replaced the whole arm from Walmart or autozone, I end up with windshield chatter.

no thank you.

Sewell's has them for $28 shipped for a pair......
Wow!! What a rip! That's really unfortunate to hear that your inserts costs you so much compared to my vehicle.

I don't have the ES300h, but I am venturing to guess that your OEM wiper blade assembly is called Denso "Designer" blades. The alternative is to find your wiper sizes and just buy the inserts for other cars that have the same sizes, but now you are getting into more hassle.

Another car forums with Denso info.

I have nothing against going to any aftermarket wiper blade assembly, provided you keep your OEM blade assembly. This at least gives you to option to go back if you don't like the other blades or when the inserts drop in price.

Default Wipers

The OE blades are made by DENSO. They are called "designer style" and they are very good. They have a special graphite coating on the blade. You can order them through a DENSO distributor at www.densoproducts.com.

According to that link, they don't make wiper blades/inserts for the 2013 ES.

Then try www.densoautoparts.com, click on where to buy and enter your zip code for the nearest retail store.

Best to learn the sizes of your wiper blade and search by that instead of model and year for vehicles. Newest vehicles may not be updated quick enough in their database.

Here's the link for a 2009 Lexus ES350. These are reasonable prices for the entire wiper blade and not just inserts.

I have owned Lexus vehicles for a long time, and I have tried all manner of replacement blades, Bosch, Trico, Valeo, beam blades, normal blades, hybrid blades.

The blades I have always come back to are the OEM blades. The only ones that come close in quality are PIAA blades which are also expensive.

I'd just buy the OEM insets and be done with it. $50? Who cares?
