Bluetooth not working properly
 
My Wife's 2013 ES300H Bluetooth does not work properly. I have deleted and re-connected. What happens is when a call comes in I see the call on the phone and I see it on the NAV screen, but we can't answer, that button is greyed out as well as the off hook button on the wheel. Once the person calling hangs up, we get a ring and it says call failed. The phone does not ring either.:cry:

We can make calls however.

The phone a Motorola Razor and I though it was working a few months ago when we got the car. Took the phone to Verizon and had it updated, but it did not help.

Doesn't sound like a phone problem. Take it to your dealer and have them look into it.

Called the Dealer, removed the phones, removed the batteries. Same problem persisted. Strang enough when I transferred some phone book entries it seemed to work. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

I phone works all the time.
