custom sunshades?
anyone here (esp in the sunny states) with recommendations for custom sunshades?
i see that they're about $40-50
the ones that you roll up (made by intro-tech) are the less expensive ones
the ones that you fold up (like an accordion) are the more expensive ones.
i'm leaning more towards the accordion since i'm guess that the rolling ones may try to "curl up" after you flatten it to put it in place.

These type fold away the smallest out of all the types.
Some people find them tricky to fold up, but it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

They store easily in the rear seat pockets.
I bought a standard silver design instead of the cheesy beach design.

Just ordered a custom windshield shade from http://www.covercraft.com/.
Althought I looked at their dealer page for better pricing. Heard good things about them from friends, athough personally I have never tried them. Always been using the shiny ones from Walmart, and thought I'd try this to make the car look "nicer."

BTW, did you get your windows tinted? That seems to have helped a bit with the heat build up in our cars.

I did tint my windows with ceramic tint, 35% all around except for the windshield, here in Raleigh, NC. It was around $280.
