Not that I have seen, it certainly is not an option. I spotted that on some videos from Europe, some countries even get heated back seats with climate control in the rear arm rest.

Not sure about the ES, but I can offer my experience: Our two previous RX's had them, and I never used them. I also noticed that during snowy / icy weather conditions, the washer caps would freeze up, thus disabling the pop-up mechanism, so even if I needed them, they were non-functional at a critical time.
