coin holder? storage space?

hey guys. I tried searching the forums for the answer to this question, but didn't find it.....

Is there a coin holder? I test drove a es300h today and after a bit of thought, I don't remember seeing one.

In general, i was surprised by lack of storage space in the front seats. I'm coming from a camry hybrid, where there was storage space under the AC/heating controls.

the 2013 Avalon (which is based off the 2013 ES350) has a spot underneath the AC/heating controls where you can leave your cell phone (and actually has a place to plug in a charger underneath!)

The coin holder is to the left of the steering wheel near the BSM toggle and Parking Assitance toggle switches.

The ES300h could use another outlet to plug in cell phones, etc. somewhere near/under dash. The closest one is in the console.

Wow I just saw that also, why don't they have a 12v outlet on the dash or console?

And there again bring up the GPS issue. To have a separate GPS you have to have a cord running across the dash between you and the passenger to get to the outlet in the glove compartment.

Even our 06 Toyota corolla has an outlet near the dash on the console. Use the outlet all the time for 12 volt power to power various devices.
