Am curious where would one find the "Lexus Financial Services Lease Rates..." document ?
Salesman gave me a copy...I also have the September version...not sure that they are secret and I think they may vary by region...either a little or maybe more.

You did not mess up. Your info allowed me to "check" and recompute your monthly lease payment. Like I said...your info was very helpful and well I will use your data to negotiate with my dealer...I do not think they will match your MSRP discount. BTW I did understand that you essentially rolled your out of pocket costs into your monthly lease payment...seems logical to me Thanks...TomMartin

Well Tom, it looks like either you are being played, or you received that doc prior to Oct 1st.

I have both versions. The first expired 09/30/2015 and the second expires 11/02/2015. Perhaps you could ask your dealer for a current one?

TomMartin

P.S. I have no idea if there are dealer to dealer or regional variations on the "deals"...I DO know mine is the published sheet used by the dealership and salesman.

Published by whom? Lexus Financial Services? I doubt it. There is no such document for anyone to see. Dealers can and do create any type of document they want to show to clients. The document is worthless.
The tip-off is your number is even higher than CHigg's MF. The MF cannot be discounted without MSD's . Does it make sense to you that your dealers number is right, but his dealer marked it down?

TomMartin if you are still shopping I suggest you tell the salesman you will not accept a marked up money factor. The base MF for October for the 2016 es350/300h is .00075. There is 500 dollars lease cash available. The Residual for 12000 miles is 62%. 36 MOnths.
Good luck and please share how it goes. It will be entertaining to hear the story the salesman comes up with to explain his numbers.

Perhaps you could share a link to your "correct" source?

That would be truly be appreciated and benefit us all...rather than just your unsupported sarcasm... Thank You

Sarcasm? I am being honest. I mentioned where I saw the numbers earlier. You seem to be getting defensive rather than taking some good advice and using it to your advantage. Feel free to ignore it.

2015:
ES350 - 58%
ES300h - 58%
.00170 MF

2016:
ES350 - 62%
ES300h - 62%
.00075 and $500 lease cash

MSDs allow you to buy down the MF rate - I believe Lexus allows a maximum of 9 MSDs, each of which lower the MF by .00008
MODERATOR

I will let my dealer know that his finance term sheet is invalid...and they will have to follow a "moderator" on Edmunds customer Forum.

No...maybe not...unless I wish to shop a Lexus dealer 400-500 miles away...which I do not wish to do unless I have no choice,

Thanks for your "help"...I'm out!

There is no reason for you to get confrontational with your salesman. Just tell him your research shows that the base rate for top tier credit is .00075 and you will not accept a markup of the MF. They will come around with a new offer for you.

Multiple Security Deposits. Refundable to you. Not available in all states for example NY does not allow it, but you can lease the car in NJ and use the MSD's to buy down the money factor.

Thats an amazing deal. After creating a ruckus with my previous quote my dealer is offering

MSRP: $42500
SP: $40250
Net price after taxes etc: $43189
Residual: 26616

$470/month 12k miles for 36 months with $2500 down
$395/month 12k miles for 36 months with $5000 down

Still they are in the BS range but improving. I haven't negotiated at all so far. I had just emailed them that earlier prices were utter nonsense.
