Default Rear suspension- Squeaking

Hey guys,

before i head to the mechanic. Needed some advice. I just pushed my trunk down twice or thrice- heard squeaking every time i did that.

what could this be? Is it the entire rear suspension or just one or two parts?

And which is the best place to get these parts from? I want to go for OEM but not from Lexus due to $$$$

Could be shocks or just a sway bar link, or a trailing arm bushing or something else.
This type of noise could come from so many areas that it is impossible to diagnose on the internet. You really do need a skilled mechanic to inspect the vehicle first before randomly throwing parts at it and wasting your money and time.
Also extreme cold will make things act up and make noises that go away once the weather warms up.

Stabilizer bar is another name for the sway bar. It has both bushings and end links that can squeek. If it is just those parts there is no advantage in getting OEM. Aftermarket is just fine and they are inexpensive.

This is the gold standard for sway bar bushing grease.
