Traction Battery Low warning lights
 

I have a 2014 ES300h and while sitting in neutral in the car wash tunnel, the warning light came on along with some beeping (might’ve been from the sensors going off). Never seen this before. Does this mean it’s about to fail? How do I recharge this back to 100%?

You should not let the car in N because it will not recharge the battery when it gets low. Leave it on P, D or R and it should recharge.

Now, you must take it for a test drive and recharge the battery, or just shift in D and press the throttle and brake pedal all away down for 5 seconds, then release, then press them again...repeat this process until the battery is full.

No recharge necessary. Just drive normally.
