Only if you change the fluid.

 

As with any used car purchase just make sure it was maintained. 2gr engines are awesome. Best v6 out there IMO. Check suspension bushings and power steering system as well for leaks.
As for tranny issues we had a friend who had one go to 300k with no issues or sounds or jerking but was purchased at 175k from an elderly man being the sole owner. Good maintenance was a given and goes a long way.

 

If you only do a drain and fill, everything will be fine.

 

Power steering leaks are not an issue as 2013 and newer are electric
