Audio Off - Can't turn on!
 

Hello, I just took over my dad's 2007 Lexus ES350. I successfully paired my cell phone, but cannot get sound. When I select "Audio" on the nav system display, I can see that it says "Audio Off" but I can't figure out how to turn it on or find it in the owner's manual. My dad had the dealer turn it off because it messed with his bluetoooth hearing aids, and he doesn't know how it was done. Can anyone help me?

Replying to myself- I think I just figured out that "Audio Off" refers to the radio. but I still don't kow how to get audio from my cell phone. It does connect, but I can't hear anyone.

You're talking strictly audio from calls right? Because the 2007 you can't hear things like YouTube, it's calls only. What kind of phone is it, did you try another phone?
