Default How to reset tail light failure?

Tail light failure light lit up. Bulb was burnt out so I replaced it. Shop guy told me to use bulb 921 and it worked but the warning light is still on. All other lights work. I tested all of them while someone sat in the driver's seat.
Can someone please help? Thank you!

Check manual to confirm this is indeed correct bulb, maybe he sold you wrong bulb.
If its still an issue, I would try disconnecting car battery. If nothing help, Id think there is electrical issue somewhere…

You have the wrong bulb.
The best way to be sure you have the right bulb is to remove the same bulb from the other tail light and take it to an auto parts store to match it up.
The bulb numbers used in the Lexus owners manual are often not the bulb ID numbers you can find in an auto parts store. You need to cross-reference the bulb numbers.
