2007 ES350- with navigation

New owner here- I was able to pair my Iphone 7 via bluetooth but when I try to upload my contacts, I choose the group and it tells me to do something with my phone to start the transfer- I'm lost

 

Can you upload a photo of the message?

 

I also noticed that when this message comes up, bluetooth to the car is disconnected until i cancel this message

Im reading it could be a Iphone/Lexus pairing issue
