2012 ES350 Shuddering 45-50mph, sometimes ~20mph
I purchased a 2012 ES350 early last year and absolutely love the car. By far my most favorite vehicle that I've owned thus far. I have a problem going on where the car has a shuddering going on between 45-50mph and also sometimes around 20mph. It seems to happen right after the car shift to 3rd or 4th gear around 45-50 mph and then goes away shortly after 50. It also does it a bit sometimes around 20mph. I did some research and have been thinking it could be a failing torque converter but I'm not sure how to diagnose that. I just wanted to see if anyone could provide any input as to what this could be. I'm hesitant to take it to a dealership where they might try to rip me off with some absurd repair bill. Anyways thank you to anyone who can help out.
