Hello again, please help with TPMS & Tires
I need help concerning the price of 4 new sensors, 4 new tires and 4 new valve stems, I don't really know how it all works or the general price plus service price. If you can help me out by giving me a rough estimate as well as some advice it will be greatly appreciated!

The answer to the rest of your question is, "it depends" on what your budget for tires.
Take a look at www.DiscountTire.com and enter your car model- you'll see tires from $about $80 to $225 . .. valve stems are a few bucks (or sometimes included) - -new tire pressure sensors are $40-50/tire (don't forget your spare) and include programming. All in, you're probably somewhere between $600-$900 for a quality tire with TPMS, mounting and balancing.
If your old tires are badly worn or show uneven wear, you may want to get an alignment as well -- generally $50-75 or so.
Good luck

Valve stems are part of the TPMS. The prices vary a lot so it pays to first figure out your tire budget. 4 new TPMS will be another $250 - $500 depending where you go to buy them. Labor will be part of the new tire installation cost. So select your tires and ask how much for 4 TPMS sensors with programming. You can do most of this online, even with the big tire chain stores. You probably want some all-season tires with good rain traction since you are in the South. You can find tires online, but may need to call for TPMS pricing. You want to do all of this at once since the tires have to be off to install the new TPMS.
Do not let them gouge you on programming the TPMS as it only takes 5 minutes. That is where places like Costco, Sam's Club or BJ's are so much cheaper, even if joining as a new member.

OEM are mostly Denso and are available at Rock Auto for $32.79 each plus shipping. However there really is little difference among the major brands of TPMS, all use the same Lithium batteries and basic design. I got Schrader TPMS at Costco and they work perfectly.
