I feel the transmission slipping in lower gears. Can I save the transmission from going bad?

How bad is the slipping? If yoy floor it from dead stop is it pegging the Rev limiter? Have you done a fluid change and also a filter change? If you haven't atleast done the fluid, I'd try that with a good quality trans fluid (Toyota ws specific). And also check your levels properly 104-113 in trans using tech steam

You can save it if the problem is due to old fluid. If your clutch packs are smoked then you're screwed.

Do a fluid flush/change and see if that helps.

I worked with a gal who had a 2008 Accord with 197,000 miles on it and her trans started slipping. I told her to go get the fluid "flushed" at the dealer. The slipping went away.

The Camry V6 uses the same Aisin U660E 6 speed that's in the 6 speed ES350 and by 30,000 miles it's oxidized enough to benefit from changing:
