Im giving my opinion because you keep arguing with what I’m saying. Every single Lexus type F is because Lexus IS trying to entice younger people to buy a Lexus.

Im not arguing that the car won’t look better with nicer wheels because it will. And I’m not telling you that no one has done it, if you search you will find people that have swapped the wheels.

What im telling you which is indisputable is that most people don’t modify Lexus cars with the exception being the IS and maybe the old SC. Look through the entire clublexus ES site how many DIY for modifications are you going to find? Go to a car meet or a car club how many modified Lexus ES350 are you going to find?

Again before you reply I am not saying you shouldn’t do it. I am not saying your defacing the car, I’m not saying your ruining the quality of the ride, I’m not saying that your ruining what the engineers perfected.

I am telling you that Lexus ES350 owners do not really do modifications to there cars, especially ten year old versions of there car. I am telling you information online for modification of ES350 will be very scarce so don’t complain that nobody on here has any creativity or whatever because they have no desire to change the wheels on there car because typically these are the owners that if they “really” desire the nicer wheels they trade in there car for the car that brings the nicer wheels.

When I said ES350 drivers arent too creative its obviously true if what you say is true. I dont really care what the majority does as I have never owned a car I didnt make run and look better. there is nothing I really want to change on this car except for the wheels.

its a good looking car and it could look even better with better wheels. its not such a freak of an idea otherwise if that were the case then they wouldnt have changed the wheels on the ES350 , Camry SE or the Avalon in the last few years..all of them have better looking wheels on them compared to the wheels on the 2010.

just because my car is 9yrs old doesnt mean its worn out either. my car is actually in excellent shape.

bottom line is the majority of ES350 owner dont change their wheels....that is your point/opinion..that is all you had to say and I wouldnt argue that. but you had to say things like weight changes and old worn out parts and changes in ride comfort....none of which has a thing to do with my plans since I am not going to change any of that.

The Blaque Diamond wheels are beautiful. I'm guessing they are also very expensive. The BD3 would look awesome on one of my cars - either the ES 350 or the Q70. I would match them up with a set of Michelin Pilot AS Plus 3's.

I usually find the OEM wheel options fit the MY of the cars. The designs give the car the correct stance and accent the overall look. As you go from year to year the styles are updated and sometimes look good as a back fit to earlier cars. At some point that doesn't work and in my opinion ruins the lines of the older cars. After market is another personal touch which can make or break the overall look of the car. The above wheel sets would be OK for maybe an IS or GS but tend to make the ES look like a ghetto cruiser. Any of the wheel options from 2007 to 2012 are a good fit/look while the body change bought about another group of wheel options. The demographics of the ES buyer usually doesn't consider wheel options in buying an ES but rather let the dealers pick the most sellable wheels. You just can't make a GS out of an ES as they command 2 different types of buyers.

Test drove a 2019 while my air bag was replaced. Wheels were updated but not in the same line of the GS which was next to an ES in the show room. As for ghetto cruiser I'll change that to pimp mobile. If you recognize the comments then ? . Enjoy your world.

They are a high quality wheel, so you do pay a slight premium. The BD-3 for example starts at about ~$375 a wheel.

This looks VERY good. I have a 2008 ES. I'm gonna keep it with the stock Lexus wheels to keep the factory classic luxury look of the vehicle. Later I'm gonna get a GS and I have considered Niche Wheels for that project.
