Bluetooth Wont Connect
My phone has been connected to my 2010 es350 since I purchased the car. Over the weekend, my bluetooth has not been connected and wont even give me the option to connect it. When I touch the hands free button on the steering wheel, nothing happens. If I touch the "phone" button on the steering wheel, phone is displayed on the screen, but nothing happens. It neither responds to the preset stored numbers. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Delete your cell from your, I had the same some time ago in a different lexus. I deleted all cells from my car, it worked after that.

The voice command is non responsive. I’ll try deleting the car from the phone, but I can’t even command it to delete my phone because nothing happens when I press the voice command button.

Go into the touch screen and delete the phone there. Also go into the phone settings and delete the BT for the car. Go through the normal 1st time setup as described in the OM. Sometime when the phone has an update it will not lock into other BT settings. Do this using the screen and not the steering wheel.
