Key FOB

My key FOB for 2012 lexus es 350 does not work despite replacement of a battery 3 times within a couple of weeks. It works for few days and dies. How to fix it?

Have you tried cleaning the contact points where the battery fits in the fob?

Check the battery voltage of the new battery. It should be close to 3.3V. The fob starts to have issues when the voltage drops to around 3.0V

Thank you but I don't think this is the case. My wife's battery was replaced at the same time as mine with a similar battery and she did not have any problems.

OP, did you get the 3 replacement batteries from the same source? It's quite possible you got unlucky and got a bad batch. Or maybe they're just old and have been sitting around for a while? Batteries don't have an unlimited shelf live.
