Removing mirror from mirror assembly on driver door.
 

My ES350 driver mirror has come loose inside the housing and a post on YouTube suggests tilting the mirror upwards and firmly pulling the lower portion of the mirror will remove the mirror. I wonder if anyone has had the need to do this or offer advice if this procedure is correct. The rest of the YouTube post seems simple enough.
