Upgrade my radio system

I would like to upgrade my radio system from the right photo to the navigation and DVD system at the left photo to my es 350 2007.

should just be plug and play (no backup camera though but the rest of the functions should work)
may require programming ? that part i am not sure about

I believe the wiring harness is different for a Nav. option vs. base system. Nav. was a factory option and not dealer installed .
