favorites disappeared
 

I have a 2016 GX 460 and an iphone 6. My favorites have disappeared. There were there since originally pairing my phone but now they have disappeared. How can I get them back?

I don't think the favorites in the car are the same as the favorites on your phone and have to be set separately. And maybe if your phone becomes unpaired you have to re-enter the favorites. I have had to re-enter my favorites a time or two and I don't remember why. Your phone is being recognized when you start the car isn't it, Bluetooth on etc.?
