Either you or someone else should re-check the work you just did. My bet is something is wrong with the installation. Get another opinion.

What was accomplished on the "tuneup" and how soon after this "tuneup" did the "vibration" issue start?

vibration started about 2-3 months I thought it was a spark plug for engine coil issue but that wasn't the case changed all the mounts original parts in Lexus took it to a transmission shop and the guy that is not my transmission or my engine he may think it's my fuel filter
if I'm doing 45 miles per hour and I take my foot off the gas pedal and then press The Gas Pedal it's like a shutter or Shake I might just have to bring it to Lexus

So, the shutter existed before you replaced all those suspension parts? If so, did the shutter change in any way from before? Our 07 ES359 had a similar vibration at those same speeds. However, the vibration would not manifest under hard acceleration. The difference with your shutter is that I didnt have to lift the gas pedal to cause the vibration. The cause of the vibration was a worn out passenger-side CV axle. In your case, I next would suspecr a wrapped brake rotor, sticking calipers, or damaged brake pads.

What!? I find that hard to believe. Shuddering is a symptom of a bad converter but it is not a known issue with the ES350. I would continue driving it to see if the condition worsens; you really have nothing to lose if you are going to rebuild/replace the tranny anyways. I would replace the ATF filter - the filter in the ES350 is a felt material type, which are more likely to clog than the mesh types. A clogged filter could cause shifting issues. I went with Beck Arnley # 044-0356. When I replaced the OEM filter at about 120K, the filter was quite black and dirty.

I would not throw anymore parts at this car until a knowledgeable person looks at it (and the papertrail, if it exists). It's also difficult to determine what was done to your car and in what order from your posts. Was the vibration on acceleration the initial reason for the listed work done to the car? Did you or someone else accomplish the work on your car?

Sound advice, but a ATF filter replacement is overdue at 125K imo.
