Default 2007 ES350 170k miles preventative maintenance

what would be a complete list of every single pm item to complete on this car assuming there is no service history besides spark plugs (excluding suspension and brakes)?

Change all fluids, trans, power steering, brakes. service brakes. Run diagnostics. Change plugs, filters, check belts, hoses, charging system and for leaks.

thanks for your reply
my question was more geared towards parts like radiator, alternator, starter, water pump, mounts, coils, injectors, etc...

Water pump is the only one I would do preventatively, anything else just let it go until it starts showing signs of failure.

Very few manuals, if any, ever indicate when to replace/service the water pump, starter, radiator, fuel pump, etc... That's because these items rarely need replacing during the warranty period, and so, manufactures don't care what happens after the warranty period ends, unless the problem is related to safety cause then they may have to do a recall.

With that many miles:
ATF flush and ATF filter change
Idler pulleys
ADP pulley replacement on the alternator
Rear rotors/brakes
Thermostat and radiator hoses
I would have a coil or two on standby. 1st coil (cyl# 6) went out around 180K; # 4 cyl went out just 3K ago. Went ahead and replaced #2. Those are all the front coils - the ones easy to replace. I just replaced the plugs and didn't think to replace the coils while I was at it. Darn it!

I would say surely the spark plugs would have been done at that mileage I’m about to do mine at 121000 Lexus recommends 120000
