Don’t worry about the timing chain.
I did WP replacement at 70000 and I did the
following:

WP+gasket
Thermostat with all the o-rings
Coolant
Belt roller bearings
alternator pulley

The belt was like new so I left it there.

I think you're confusing replacing the water pump and the timing belt together. An unnecessary recommendation made by many dealers when timing belts dominated smaller overcam engines. The trend has swung back to timing chains and that's what the Lexus 3.5's have.

You just need coolant and the water pump. If the engine has over 100K, definitely consider replacing hoses, thermostat, serpentine belt and idler pulleys. You will not be able to replace the tensioner pulley without replacing the whole tensioner assembly. Although I strongly suspect you can replace the bearing in the pulley as I did in my 07 Tacoma. And I'm going to guess you also need the dog bone shape engine mount on top of the engine, if you haven't already replaced it.

I've seen a couple good youtube videos on replacing the water pump on ES350's.
