You are absolutely low on oil and don’t drive it because you’re going to ruin the PS pump. Go and buy a qt of ATF oil Dexron 2 or Dexron 3 and add until you see MAX - COLD.
Then turn the engine on and turn the steering wheel to the left/right a couple of times, turn the engine off and then check the level again. It will be empty again I assume so add more oil. Still look for the MAX - COLD line. Repeat the procedure until the level stays at max.

It sounds and looks like your PS fluid is low and some air got into the system. I suggest, with the engine turned off, fill the PS fluid up to the proper level, about 3/4 way of the narrow part of dipstick. Start the engine and turn the steering wheel all the way to the right and all the way to the left about 10 times. It should bleed the system, the air bubbles will come out into the PS reservoir and the noise will disappear. Then re-check the PS fluid level with the engine off. Add PS fluid if necessary. Good luck.
P.S. Make sure you use the proper type of fluid, look at the PS reservoir cap, it will say what is required. I think it's DOT4, you can get it anywhere.

Good news!
So I did what you guys said and omg it worked!! I am SO relieved I can’t see straight!!! I’m praying I didn’t do any damage driving for 2 days to work. I never saw a leak or anything, so how does it get low? It was LOW.

Probably there’s a small leak somewhere but don’t worry for now, just keep tracking the level.
I would consider replacing steering fluid, it looks dirty.

Crap! It’s back
it came back. And I looked where I park ea day and there is fluid. I have a leak

Depends on the location. It could be as simple as a crack in a hose, or as bad as the steering rack itself (picture below). I would call Toyota places, I believe the ES has the same steering rack as a Camry. Toyota is almost always cheaper than Lexus.

a aftermarket one is for a New one is going ot be around 400 after the return of the core charge
and a remanned one is going to be around 170 to 220 for a remanned after returning the core.
If you are really set on wanting to go with OEM but cant spend the 1400 or 1500 list which is probably going to be 1700 after the dealership parts depearment marks the price up
you can always go used you can probably find one with under 100k for around 100-150 dollars
