Home link operating sporadically
After several years of functioning properly, my 2010 RX 350 home link garage opener is now not opening and shutting the garage door while outside the garage. It does operate to open and shut the garage door while INSIDE the garage. Anyone experience this?

I've experienced this issue with home link on all the cars I have owned that have had it built in. IMO it is interference with other wireless sources..
I've experienced issues at my mothers house (one of my home links buttons is to her garage) because of her wireless cameras, I have to be inches from her garage door for it to work. if I kill the cameras it works from the end of her 150' driveway.
perhaps one of your neighbors has some new wireless something or other than is interfering.
