To all. Thank you for your responses and advice. I decided to have a Lexus dealer change the transmission fluid. They did not flush the transmission. They changed it 3 times and at the right temperatures. The car now seems to be running fine.

I guess I’m just a sucker. In any case, I feel better about the transmission.

After talking to my shop with 120000 the service guy and the tech I was advised not to do it also Lexus dealers are able to check the level on there software useing the obd port
