Brake Warning Light
Brake warning light came on yesterday, emergency brake is not engaged. When cleaning car, I also noticed the right front rim is heavily soiled with what looks like some kind of fluid which appears to be coming from inside to outside the rims. All other rims are spotless. Could there be a leak in a brake line, and would this cause the light to come on?

I would not drive it as it appears you have a brake fluid leak. Open hood and look at back of engine area by steering wheel. There is a clear plastic container with a black top. That holds brake fluid. See if it is empty, or low on fluid. Without fluid your brakes will not work. If so tow it to a shop. You probably have a leaking brake caliper or torn rubber brake line.
