Alternative OEM rims for winter?

I want to get OEM rims for winter . First do 16" fit?
What other Lexus and toyota models have a direct fit including bore??

Have used 16s from a 1995 SC300 and 2002 GS300 from cars we used to have, for snow tires, had no problem with a 215/60/16 sized Michelin x-ice
