Hi, I just purchased an 07 es 350 , 67,741 miles on it,. that was a manufacturer buyback. i was told this before i purchased it. I was made aware of the little transmission slip after about 1 min of driving when starting to drive and thats it. It's called shift flare on original papers. Now ins co. says its a BRANDED TITLE and won't insure me after Aug 2018.. So anyone know of this problem with 07 Es 350, and or the ins. It's a buyback , not a salvaged car.

So you bought a car you won't be able to drive for another 13 months? That car would have been at the dealerships doorstep after a talk with the insurance.

the slippage is constant ? as in don't drive the car ,. I will be driving this car as my primary vehicle. The man I bought it from only drove it occasionally. Is the slippage going to get worst by me driving it more.
