Hey guys, so I have a 2008 es350 without heated or air conditioned front seats. The rear portion of the center stack has been replaced by the previosu owner due to damage and as a result, has the heated seat/ AC seat controls built into it even though the seats themselves do not have them. Although the seats do not have the climate control functions the buttons have power supply to them. When activated the green and red lights work as if they weer actually doing something. My question is whether it would be possible to buy a second hand set of front seats with the heated and AC functionality and hook them up to the buttons on my car?

Yes you could buy the seats, but whether your car has wiring from the switches to the seats is another question. Also you will do a double take when you see the cost of new used seats...an eBay search found prices vary from $270 each to $500 each....
