Hi I just thought I'd post this so anyone interested in DIY sound system replacement for the 2007 ES 350 with NAV could tackle their own project. I had the non ML system. I chose to go with the JL Audio C2 Evolution sound system. Without further ado:

Front Doors: Put in 6x9s, JL Audio C2-690TX
had to use the speaker mount adapter and wire harness sold by tacotunes.com

2002 - 2011 Toyota Camry Heavy Duty Adpater
6x9 Mount: 6x9 Speaker Mount

Toyota Speaker Harness Adapter
: Get 2 pair cause you'll need them for the rear doors as well

Longer Bolt Kit 8 11-BK800
Longer Bolt Kit: Longer Bolt Kit (+11.95)Front only

Rear Doors: 6.5 coaxial, JL Audio C2-650x and had to use the speaker harnesses from tacotunes.com, however the rear speaker mount adapters has to be ordered from a different site.

Tweeters: .75 inch, C2-075ct. You have to reuse the current tweeter mounts by getting creative on how to make the tweeter stay in place. Adhesive? Anyways the harness for these can be found at tacotunes.com even tho they are for the 2006 Camry they fit my 2007 Lexus.

Amplifier: JL Audio JX400. How did I get it to interface with the stock head unit? I also added LCQ-1. I'm pushing 70 RMS even though the amplifier is capable of 100 RMS. I DID NOT do this part my self I had an installer tap into the existing wiring . I have no idea how do to this on my own but it was worth it to pay and get it crackin.

Replacing the speakers yourself isn't so bad. I hope this helps anyone looking for a better quality sound system. Anyways have a good day.
