We just acquired a 2008 SC430 which is in excellent condition. However, the existing front license plate bracket is a POS because it is a cheap plastic item and has seen its share of bumps from poor parallel parking---and Lexus wants $86 for a new replacement bracket. Yikes! What is a reasonable alternative? We live in a state that requires a front license plate---and the front bumper already has holes from the old bracket.
