Noise while turning in reverse - ES 2007
ES 2007, 56K miles, well maintained, no accidents, always parked in garage. No exposure to snow/ ice.
Makes noise while turning in reverse, especially at the extreme turning position. Steering also does not feel very responsive at that position. Mostly happens when the steering is turned to the right.
What could this be?
Thank you

You need to have a professional mechanic inspect it. You could have bad wheel bearings, ball joints, torn CV boots and or bad CV joints, or an issue with the power steering. However it could just be the normal noise from the electric power steering when the wheel is in full lock to the right position.
