Rear view mirror loose--how to tighten?
 

I'm not talking about the attachment of mirror to glass, I mean the mirror arm/neck/pole/thing to its base.

It seems like there's a loose Torx screw (is it? I can't see it clearly).

Do you guys know what tool I need? It's out of warranty and I don't wanna get charged $50 at the dealership for a 2 second fix and a $5 tool.
