I wanted to know does this mean I have the upgraded sound system because I read another thread and it said something about middle speaker BTW only had this car for 3 Months

No, unless it says Mark Levinson. All of them have the center speaker.

I read on another thread and it said "NOT ALL OF THE VEHICLES CAME LABELED IF THEY HAVE MARK LEVINSON SOUND SYSTEM" I forgot which thread.

I think I had posted that statement in another thread. I had read previously (on here) that the ML was unmarked and that the center speaker was the giveaway whether or not you had it. I'll Google some stuff and post back here.

I hate when I'm wrong and give out misinformation. I just googled some picks including one from car and driver and the ML stereo is indeed marked with labels. My mistake. I had read before here that the center dash speaker was the indicator.

All ES350s have that center speaker, thus it is not the indicator. The ML system has additional speakers that are mounted in the two front, bi-side speaker grilles on the dash, whereas our base models only have tweeters there. The sound is also very different between the two, I find the ML system to sound significantly better than the base model's. Even with the radio, which has much lower kbps compared to Satellite or CD, the treble is very clean and the bass is very tight for a stock system.

Rear passenger doors have a tweeter mounted just below the window ledge on ML equipped ES's
