Just shopping for a Lexus ES
and I found one with under 100k but the leahter on the center console arm rest lid is in bad shape.
I was curious how your console lid is holding up

I have the cashmere interior. 90,000 kms and the armrest is terrible.

THe one I saw has the tan color. and it looks like it came out of a car with 200+ miles

I have an 07 with the grey interior, 106K miles and the center arm rest still looks like a 9 out of 10. I maybe rest my elbow there, but it tends to land right on the button and open my console

My 2010 has the tan interior and the center console looks brand new. I rest my arm there all of the time with my hand resting on the shifter. Perfect fit and no issues. The left side of the front seat, both the bolster and seat area look 15 years old.

There is a TSB out to fix the center console button, for those who keep hitting it with their elbow.

Also my car is 8 years old with the black leather and it looks fine.

I have a 98 ES300 with over 200K The center console is generally falling apart as several plastic tabs are worn or broken. Best option is a salvage yard. I recently found a whole lid for $50 with a good plastic tab.

2007 with tan leather interior, 130K miles, no rips or tears, little leather conditioner would probably have it looking 8/10

i have an 2009 with 44k on it..console is in great shape however it isnt as comfy as other cars ive had esp with the plastic button on it which i lean my elbow on..but the quality seems good

2007 with cashmere . . 85k miles and no problems.

Same for me except I'm pushing 170k miles. I use Meguire's leather conditioner twice a year on every leather surface.

UV protection all the way, i use aerospace 303,. lexol leather conditioner. Keep the black rich and souple. Do the treatment 3-4 times a year. My car is a 08 and still looking new.
