Just grab the shift knob and spin it off. There is no set screw to remove.

The Lexus illuminated scuff plates also called door sills was the only thing I didn't get off Amazon. Were yours plug and play? Mine came with connectors that did not match up to the pre wired connector in the RX and the sill plates themselves are much longer than the standard ones which means (in the RX's case) they will not fit like the OEM. |

Everything looks great!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: love the led lights. I just bought a 2009 myself, and like the touchscreen. do you have a pic of the install from back a bit with the rest of the dash? if so that would appreciated.
