Please help
I have a 2008 es350 with factory hid headlights but I want the deep blue headlights so I do need the kit or can I by a simple factory replacement deep blue hid headlight thank you for your time

AFAIK, you cannot.

I know the ones you're taking about which are NOT plug and play. They are halo's.
If you're going to run a high Kelvin temp bulb which is more bluish/purple you wont be able to see anything at night.
Kelvin is directly tied to light output. ~4300K has the highest output.
