Default Anyone with small children?

Hi everyone,

I'm a brand new Lexus owner and new to this forum. I just purchased a pre-owned 2010 ES 350.
I'm a bit worried about the white leather seats and the fact that my 6-year old likes to swing his feet and sometimes kicks the seat in front of him. He is still in a booster seat and with our spring meltdown on its way, I'm getting a bit concerned about the condition of the back of my seats. I'm officially taking delivery of the car on Monday. I'm guessing not many people with small kids buy these types of vehicles, but if you are one of them, what do you do to protect your seats? I would prefer not to use covers, but I'm contemplating using footwear covers while in the car, hehe. What's your suggestion? Thanks.

I have a tan interior and my small daughter (now 10) sits in the rear. The back of the seats did get dirt scuffed, but it cleans up really easily. I just use a 10-1 diluted Woolite solution, and rinse a couple of times. It works well for all the leather/vinyl surfaces. I don't even use a leather preservative and the leather held up very, very well. Lexus has the best leather of all vehicles that I'd ever owned. (MB, Audi, Cadillac, Jeep)

FYI - The Lexus manual says to use a 5% mild wool detergent solution (20-1). They don't actually name "Woolite", but that's what I use.

My ES350 leather is the perforated version with heated/ventilated front seats. I think in the US, they come on the Ultra Luxury package. (I live in Canada and the option package naming is different)

P.S. that's 10 parts water to 1 part Woolite.
