Default AFS flashing and rear suspension thunk

AFS Flashing and there is a clunk in the right rear on turns and it bottoms out over speed bumps . According to service manual and internet search, this combo may be a problem with the rear height control sensor sub assembly or rear No. 2 suspension arm or other suspension issue. AFS flashes because the car height changes affecting the headlight adjustment leading to AFS flash.

Dealer says "Yes sensor is mounted to the control arm and if it's broken in half, it would clunk and cause afs light to flash."

Just another passage in the life of this vehicle. We'll see what they say when I bring it in next week, especially interested if its still covered under my rapidly expiring extended warranty

They found rear headlight leveling sensor to be seized and replaced under extended warranty. No broken suspension parts. A $387 Sewell part.
