Would anyone know why when I import my contacts from my iphone 5 to the nav unit they disappear after a few days? I try place a call my saying dial Home etc and it tells me no contacts found?

My dealership in Chicago now has a dedicated technology specialist. My
understanding is that you can make an appointment with him and learn all
the techie stuff about your car. I don't think there's a charge, but would certainly
verify before going.
