Hi, I didn't see it anywhere on the site but does anyone have a blow-out of the back seat assembly?

I need to remove the SRS air bag cover that goes from the bottom sill to the rear deck to install my sub power wire, among other things.

If it is just wiring, no removal is needed. I had a friend of mine with small hands push the wire between the seats and I grabbed it in the trunk.

Re: installing the rear camera... Just an FYI

When removing the 10mm bolts that fasten the license plate panel to the trunk lid, be extremely careful not to lose the bolt into the underside of the trunk lid. It took me forever to get mine out using a magnet. I almost gave up and thought I'd have to live with rattles every time I opened the trunk.. Also, remove the light assembly before removing the panel, otherwise it will catch.

You can push the wire between the seats? How? I was also trying to remove the rear airbag covers and got stuck.

Driver's side on the edge of the seat. Slip your hand between the bottom and back seat parts and you will feel metal. That's the trunk. Keep going and you will get wire into the trunk.

I ended up pulling the back seat cushions off (I think the bottom just pops out, top has 2 or 3 screws into the body under the bottom cushion). My original intent was to pull the subwoofer out of the stock location, but instead I just unplugged it - since you have to pull the plastic to get the rear deck off from what I could tell.

Even just popping out the bottom seat cushion would help greatly in getting the wire back there... there's plenty of room (you can even follow existing wire.)

Yep, you definitely don't have to remove the rear seat SRS cover. I popped off the backseat (no tools required - just force), and that makes it simple to run any wire you want into the trunk. Thanks for the help guys!
