If your getting weird squeaky noises from bumpy roads I found some resolution...remove all of the foam from the trunk that holds the tools and such. I was getting this sound that was driving me nuts and tried this and its completely quiet now....just thought I would share!

What year/model do you have? Confused regarding the foam comment. Is that in all trunks?

i have the 2007/2008 not sure if its in all trunks but in mine, its where the spare tire is to the right and left of it
