Remove hid headlamp bulb
 

Is there a trick on getting the bulb out ?
My hid bulb just won't come out I need help please I don't want to break anything but I can't get it to turn or come out I removed the plastic cover ok then I unplugged the chrome cane for from the bulb I just can't get the bulb to pull or turn out

From what I recall when I replaced mine, the bulb just pulls out, no turning. The metal cap with connector turns but the bulb should come straight out. I would give it a gentle pull, it is probably just baked in...

i when to my local dealer and one of the techs came out and helped me
showed me how to do it there are 2 metal clips that need to be let loose in order to get the bulb to come out he came out and did it for me and in that way he showed me how i would do it if needed to again
no charge

Ah yes, there is the spring clip that comes across the back of the bulb that holds it in. Sorry, I forgot to mention it...
