Can anyone verify this wheel fitment?

Will 16" ES300 wheels fit on a 2012 Altima?

The offset seems to be identical or within 5mm from the research I've done.

If you are talking about OEM wheels (not aftermarket): center bore on Lexus is smaller than for Nissan so they would not fit as-is. You would need adapters or spacers with smaller hub mount size...
