i dont have oem nav in my lexus so i may be off base here but ive used them extensively and there are many ways to import google map routes to your gps assuming you have some way to import routes either through a sd card or usb link.

You might try calling Lexus Customer Service. I've used them in the past and their helpfulness can be hit or miss but they may have an answer to your question.

being a gps geek i did a little research about lexus oem gps and did not find any info about using sd card or usb to import any routes etc. i did however come across the lexus edestination service

eDestination

eDestination is an exclusive online tool that allows you to enter destinations into your Lexus Navigation System[4] - without being anywhere near your vehicle. To use eDestination, though, you must have a LexusDrivers.com account. Once you create your Lexusdrivers.com account, simply visit the eDestination page to search for locations you'd like to visit.

With eDestination, you can save up to 200 destinations and organize them in up to 20 folders. Once saved, you can add notes to each destination, name the folders and send them wirelessly to your vehicle's Navigation System. Then, in your vehicle, simply download the information to the car's navigation system.

Require even more mobility? Download the Lexus Enform app for iPhone® and Android™[6]. It features a mobile version of eDestination, allowing you to set and send destinations from virtually anywhere. Visit Lexus Mobile Link to check for mobile compatibility and view corresponding instructions.

I had this on my 2010 and used it all of the time, especially when planning trips. It is subscription based and required annual renewal, which was $250 or so per year.
