My wife started our 2007 ES350 and after a few minutes the radio turned off and the CD ejected the discs. Just as suddenly, the system came back on and the disc that was hanging in the slot, reinserted!

This has happened 3 times in the last couple of months.

Coincidentally -- or maybe not -- the proximity sensor on the door handles did not work. We unlocked the door with the keyfob button and this never happened again.

What do you all think? Has this ever happened to anyone else? What did you do about it?

This has been happening to my 2008 es350 also. Checked fuses, but they were fine. Why is this happening?

I'm experiencing the same thing. When it first happened, I hit a bump in the road, didn't think anything of it, but then it happened when I was on my way to the gym and I'm like wtf is going on?

Same type of thing happened on my previous '07 Impala SS. Dealer replaced entire radio (under warranty).
